my lil sunshine at 6 months (apakah delayed entry ini??)

oklah alang-alang, boleh la sharing is caring skit..top off my head

umar is now 6 months.

had his first 'swimming' experience just a few days after he turned 5 months.

started commando crawling at 5 months plus.

went through a sticking-out-his-tongue phase at 5 mths plus.

talks gibberish and squeals a lot! banyaaaak cakap la umar ni (anak siapa la agaknya kan?) ;)

his first semi-solid was mashed banana (loved it)

then introduced him to rice & bmilk. (ok-okla)

then farley's rusk (loved it)

then pureed carrots (hated it, at first. muka all scrunched up, like, ewww!) but lepas tu ok.



laughs and giggles when playing peek-a-boo and if you tickle his neck with your chin.

says "abaabaa" and "a-boo-ah" and "mm-mm-mm"
ohh.. and "ay-poh" (he says this when he sees anyone's mobile phone. i wonder if he's saying 'handphone?')

loves to look at books. and photos of other people. and loves watching video clips of himself. he'll laugh heartily (vainpot!)



these past few days he has been trying to pull himself up from sitting, to standing position.





sometimes will try to be cheeky and not look at you if you're calling him. for example his Tok Jack will panggil2 dia, Umar.. Umar.. but he willl look everywhere but at the person who's calling him. he'll look at the ceiling, the floor, the wall. anywhere but.
saje je! kikikiki!

15 September - 6 months plus plus - Umar pandai minum from grown-up cup. He won't drink from his baby sippy cup or training cup. Bazir je beli mahal2. hahaha. He prefers mommy's ikea plastic pink cup :)
